As a personal trainer and nutrition specialist in Houston TX, I help people reach their fitness goals and feel their best.

At a very young age, I was bullied for being too skinny and this led to low self-esteem. At around the age of 16, I was introduced to weight training and fell in love with it. As soon as I was old enough, I became a certified trainer and never looked back. 

Fitness has helped me become more confident and comfortable in my own skin. My fitness training helps me assist others with their goals and just feeling better in general. I wouldn't be who I am today without it. Other than the fitness world, I enjoy reading, playing Xbox, and going on road trips. My family, friends, and pets are most important to me. I am lucky to have so many wonderful people in my life who motivate me and help keep me focused on my goals.
